Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Party Wings platform ("Platform"), services and listings provided by Party Wings and its registered vendors in India. By registering, accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

"Customer" means an individual or organisation seeking event services. "Vendor" means a registered service provider on Party Wings who offers services such as catering, decoration, photography, makeup, DJ, venue, rentals and similar services. "Booking" means a confirmed service engagement between a Customer and a Vendor facilitated through Party Wings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under applicable Indian law to use the Platform. Vendors must provide accurate business and tax details and may be required to complete verification checks (GSTIN, PAN, identity documents) to access payout features.

3. Services & Listings

Party Wings provides a marketplace to discover and book event vendors. Listings are created by Vendors; Party Wings does not perform the services itself (unless explicitly stated). We aim to verify vendor details and portfolio where possible, but Customers should review proposals and communicate with Vendors to confirm scope, timelines and price before booking.

4. Booking, Payments & Fees

• Bookings are agreements directly between Customers and Vendors. Party Wings may facilitate payments via third-party payment gateways. All transactions are subject to the payment gateway terms and fees.
• Party Wings may charge service fees, listing fees or platform commissions; fees will be disclosed at checkout or in Vendor agreements.
• Customers are responsible for paying the Vendor as agreed. Vendors are responsible for invoicing and any applicable taxes (GST) as per Indian tax law.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by Vendor and service. Customers and Vendors should review the cancellation and refund terms before confirming a Booking. Party Wings may assist in disputes but is not automatically liable for refunds unless we have expressly accepted financial responsibility.

6. Vendor Obligations

• Vendors must provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, availability and contact information.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, permits, safety and hygiene standards for the services they provide in India.
• Vendors are responsible for their staff, subcontractors and the quality of services delivered to Customers.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate event details, site access and any necessary permits. Customers should discuss scope, deliverables and timelines with Vendors and obtain written agreements where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos) is owned by Party Wings or licensed to us. Vendors grant Party Wings a non-exclusive license to display portfolio images and service descriptions on the Platform and related marketing. Do not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Party Wings' liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited. We do not guarantee Vendor performance; Customers engage Vendors at their own risk. In no event will Party Wings be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Party Wings and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

11. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing described in the Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy).

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Parties should attempt to resolve disputes amicably and may use mediation before court action.

13. Termination

Party Wings may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws. Users may close their accounts by contacting support, subject to any outstanding obligations (such as pending bookings or payments).

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
